Stalling

I have a 1995 F250 210,000 miles, manuel transmission. And heres my problem. I can be driving down the road and all of the sudden it just dies i can go to pull off the road and all of the sudden it has power back and go again.I do not have to restart it or anything. Acts like the fuel shuts off but not for sure.
Any ideas?
