I have a problem I got into my truck and the radio said it wanted a update put in a usb so I went to ford and downloaded the file it says I needed and when I put it in I get a error message wrong file or something like that I can't get ot out of this mode even after I do a soft reboot I can't get it to the radio part it's always asking for the usb how do I get it out of this mode thanks
