I've spent a ton of time looking but have not had any luck yet.. I bought a 2001 F350 that has a fifth wheel tailgate. The tailgate does not have any markings on it as to what brand it is. I'm trying to find some tailgate cables that will work with it. The standard ford replacement cables are ~21"long and the end that goes on the tailgate are too large. The tailgate has a shoulder bolt that takes a 7/16 socket. The cable seems to be right at 19 1/2" long (that's end to end, not centered on the bolt). Was wondering if anyone had any idea where i could find such a cable on line. I've tried napa, jc whittney... but no luck.
