Default TICKING SOUND@ ENGINE WHEN WARMED UP

HEY WE ARE NEW FORD F-250 DIESEL OWNERS & ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A TICKING NOISE IN THE MOTOR AREA WHEN WARMED UP & IDLING PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ANY OF YOU HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM .DEALER IS NOT ABLE TO YET DIAGNOSE THANKS DWAYNE

Is there enough oil? My old Plymouth Voyager would tick if the oil was low. Not enough oil reaching the rockers.
