Default Tranny going south?

I have a 2002 f-250 powerstroke, and i believe to be having some tranny issues. Running down the highway today about 70 mph and the truck was spinning 2100 rpm's and noticed it to be a little high. coming off the highway went to shut off overdrive and it never down shifted and the dummy light didn't come on the shifter. so after coming back onto the highway it never shifted into overdrive and once again 2100 rpm's. the od light wasn;'t flashing and didnt get any codes through the Edge programmer.

The OD light has flashed in the past and i replace the Shift range sensor and hadn't had a problem til today. Any comments or ideas would be great.

Thanks,
Joe
