Default Transmission

I have owned a 2003 F350 5.4 automatic for about a year now. I bought it with about 55K miles and now has about 65K. I have noticed lately at lower speeds when the trans. shifts into fourth there is a grinding sound coming from under the cab. Does this probably mean I need a whole rebuild or does this sound like something that can be fixed? Does anyone know what I could expect to pay for rebuild? Thank you.
