Is there any programs out there where you can change the way the new 10 speed transmission shifts on a 2020 F350 gas? Would love to be able to lock out the 1st gear on normal or Eco mode driving. I think this would help a lot with mpg when you're not towing something. Mine delays the shift a lot and makes the engine rev up to almost 3000 rpms and then skips 2nd straight to 3rd and causes the truck to lunge forward when it does shift.
