Default What upgrades for 7.3 Next???

I have a 19967.3 powerstroke in a 2wd 350 dually I want to use for heavy towing. I have installed Kand N air system and removed muffler. I dont mind spending some money on the motor now. I just want the best bang for the buck...
Let me here some suggestions.

Thanks

For more power, get a tuner. For any large power gains, you need to open up the breathing. An AFE Stage 2 intake, 3 inch downpipe, bigger injectors, new turbo, intercooler, full set of guages(pyro for EGTs trans temp if you have an auto, and a boost gauge), bigger exhaust (4 or 5 inch). There are many things you can do. On my 97 F350 4x4 I had a Superchips 1705 tuner (set at 80hp) Banks 3 inch stainless downpipe, AFE stage 2 intake, strait pipe exhaust (no muffler or cat) and I could pull 14,000 lbs like it wasn't even there. I was running 4.10 gears with a manual trans and getting 22-23 mpg empty and 16 mpg loaded.

I have a 1997 crew cab dually with a 7.3L, we installed an airraid system, a 3" downpipe with 4" exhaust and a Bullydog 60 hp chip, our intention was simply to get more towing power and it sure worked, I have found there is a great debate between the Bullydog and Edge guys and personally I don't care about all of that nonsense, this is what worked in our case and the thing runs like a freight train. I have learned to keep an extra cam sensor in the glove box though!! Good Luck with whatever route you choose.
