Default Where does this go?!

Hey all, I’m not particularly knowledgeable about specifics so bear with a girl. I can’t reach my normal mechanic and I’m trailering a horse.a ways from home. I stopped and this is hanging off the rear axle. Note- truck sounds like that back driver side wheel is grinding or “hung up” Recently replaced rear drums and had rear diff serviced. Where does this hose belong?!

That's the differential vent tube. Route and fasten it up high along the frame allowing free movement without pinching the rubber line. You don't want it down low where water can enter it.
