'05 500 w/CVT (no AWD) in winter

'05 500 w/CVT (no AWD) in winter
This is what I own. I understand that winter weather causes some problems with the CVT. May I have some comments if they are true or not? My 500 is parked in an unheated garage. At least my other vehicle is a '12 Escape, and there were no problems with the cold last winter. Thanks for any comments!
