Hi everyone, I'm new to the ford forum however am a long time ford enthusiast.

My Mother owns a 2006 500 limited fwd. One of her 6x9s in the trunk have blown recently and she wants to get a replacement. Instead of going to a dealer and speading a lot on new stock speakers what can she look into in terms of aftermarket. I'm not stereo savy so I have no idea what she can go for without having to compensate with amps and such. I was just assuming a 6x9 pioneer or kicker or something with the same watts or something. I looked under the cone and it said 45w not sure if it means 45 watts. Hope to hear some of you soon.
