Default 07 Ford 500 no crank no start tcm code

Was fine. Changed steering rack. Backing out shut off shifting hard limp mode wrench illuminated and check engine light. Won't start good battery. If you leave key on and jump starter starts right up. Won't accelerate past 2000 not recognizing tcm. Hate to throw parts at it. Any help appreciated

I agree, do not throw parts at it without diagnosing. If it was fine before, something happened during the rack change. I would start retracing your steps. Look for something something disconnected, damaged or damaged wiring. I would also perform a code scan since a code(s) have been set to atleast give you some direction.

The wiring is the key. I can start it jumping the relay or supplying ground to pcm a bl/ye wire on connector from tcm. Starts with a key when I do that tcm code u101 no comm stays on the mil. Must be several wires bad. I need the wiring diagram for the tcm plug so I can tell what is supposed to be going where. Does anyone have it. This is not my car rather not by service manual if possible

Default Ok fixed

Don't laugh. Fuse 48 to tcm. One I checked wasn't right one actually looked at 2. Both wrong. Fuse 48 under engine fuse box. I got the wiring diagram from just answer and it solved my problem. Having the tcm plug pin out led me to fuse 48 right away. Purring like a top finally. All codes clear x 2 drive cycles
