Default Bounce back Power window Auto up

Anyone run into this problem where the Auto up bounces back? i tried the reset mode and took the terminals off the battery but how long do you keep them off for? 10 mins?

Try 20 minutes and touch the battery terminals together before reconnecting them to the battery.

2006 Ford Five Hundred Sedan se model

i disconnected the battery and for a couple hours it worked fine with no bounce back but now its doing it again, i wonder if ford can delete the power up feature or something!!! its really annoying!!!!

ok so today i took the door apart and greased the track and it still does it
