Question Could I fix 2005 Ford Five Hundred?

I purchased this car but the wheel wells are rusted "beyond repair". I will attach pictures. The engine is great and it is fully loaded. It does need tires and brakes but the wheel wells are so bad, I don't want to fix anything unless I know there is an option to fix these.

Welcome. Know where you're coming from on car quality. My 2006, with now 245K, has everything work inside - so nice. Right now mine is in the repair shop - covered by insurance fortunately.

But your structural question is something that nobody can diagnose over the internet - despite your good photos - as well as a mechanic or knowledgeable car guy you know who can inspect it first hand. [ ... I don't live in the salt-on-roads rust belt, so have no experience with how drive-able cars there look underneath].
