Welcome. You could go to EBay for a used F500 factory service manual - is detailed but oriented at repairing / servicing not replacing engine.
My EBay manual is an original paper one (vs. electronic versions) in 3 volumes; volume 2 seems to have most of the guts in it. Luck to you. Post up how it goes, maybe you'll be writing the short version on how to do it - to help others ...?
