Can someone please give me some insight.

I currently have the chance to get a 2006 Ford Five Hundred SE. The seller wants $4500 (I can get him down to $3000) Certified (Safety & E-tested). It has a used transmisson in it and it has 96,342km on it is this worth the money.

I am unsure.

I have looked it over completely it does not burn any oil or that, it runs great. So is there anything ANYONE CAN tell me.
