Horn doesn't work
When I bought my 2006 five hundred I realized that the horn was not working. I changed out the fuses and tried the relay but after investigating I discover that the wires to the horn were cut. Could anyone tell me where to hook up the horn?

So,, question might be why were the wires cut in the first place.
The horn relay is a 'non serviceable' part integrated in to the SJB. ( smart junction box) Could be that the relay had issues and the fix was to cut the wires. Not sure why you wouldn't just un clip the connector though. I'd think the wires would still be in the general area, and don't see why anyone would chop a section of the harness off and create the mystery. But....
You still have the connector on the horns, correct?
Horn function wire colors would be,,
Yellow/Light Green, and solid black for ground. Should be easy to spot if just cut. If the harness was cut back/ off, here's a general diagram for the harness routing.
C131 horn connector,, and the 2 harness 'splices' for power distribution and ground are shown as S132-power and S133-ground within the harness cover should it be cut back too far or should get you to a point of repair...
