Default Stiff steering,bad rack?

Thoughts on this appreciated. Steering became stiff, replaced rack, worked about 5 days. Got a warranty rack, worked 2 days then back to being stiff. Didn't figure could of gotten 2 bad racks so went on to replace pump, made no difference. Replaced pressure hose, no difference. Everything was flushed andl blew out lines with air. Unhooked steering shaft, that was free. Unhooked tie rod ends, made no difference. No air in system. These are reman racks ( cardone, I pry should of known better) . Buddy of mine that runs a shop says pry got another bad, pry leaking inside and has fluid on both sides of seal making steering hard. Just thought see if anyone has had anything similar. About to the point don't know which way to go. Thanks in advance.

Default I know what you are going through

I have had my 500 for 4 years . Two years ago when I took the 500 in to a dealership for an oil change I asked about checking my powersteering. The tech said it was ok. My other vehicle is a 2012 Escape. That's powersteering! Once the steering wheel gets going it is a lot easier. Hope that helps.
