I just recently bought a 2007 Ford 500, SEL FWD. It's been sitting since March, it was also used as a taxi, all parts are original.

These are my issues.

When driving first time of the day there is a bad vibration with sound on passenger side, more towards the back, it goes away.
Strong vibration on the floor, both sides.
Occasionally when turning, usually left, there is noise, rubbing/whining, loud.
When first accelerating, at any speed, loud and bumpy.
Car hits hard over the slightest of bumps in the road.
Jerks when you accelerate.
Shaking as though you’re driving over highway rumble strips.I brought it to one mechanic, they said one motor mount needed to be replaced, and the front brakes, rotor and pads.

Bought it back to the person I bought it from, they showed me the mounts and the brakes, mounts seemed fine, brake pads were good, the rotors has some rust, more than I would like, but they said they were fine.

All symptoms above are getting worse, I've had the car for 3 weeks.



Brought it to another mechanic, he says it's the left outer tie rod, and all the struts, the struts are loaded and is gonna cost $1100, and he is the least expensive mechanic in the area. He originally thought it was the tires, but determined it wasn't.



The vibration and motor mount I can understand, the vibration and struts, I can't.
