Hello fellow Forders out there. I just purchased a used (off lease) 2010 Ford Flex. I finally got the owner's manual (took a month to get one) and unfortunately, after checking it in detail, there doesn't seem to be any information whatsoever regarding the steering wheel controls. One specific detail is the 'media' button. When I press the media button and say "Help", it goes through a routine stating all the items I can ask for including "Vehicle Health". One of the items I am looking for is "Vehicle Health". When it asks me to say a command, I say "Vehicle Health", it says "I did not understand the command", I then repeat, with a louder voice "Vehicle health", but it just turns off and goes to the radio. I turned the radio off, asked the same question and it just shuts off. What am I doing wrong, or am I? Help?
