I have a 2012 Ford Focus that has been reprogrammed numerous times for tranmission shuddering. I continue to be told this is normal however last night when I stopped at a stop sign my car wouldn't move when I hit the gas. I put it into park and then it all locked up. I noticed on the dashboard the white box was gone that is usually highlighting which gear the car is in. After shutting everything off and starting the car a few mins later it was ok again, but once I would stop and wait it would lock back up again. Needless to say it's been towed to the dealership but love to hear if anyone has had the same experience.

 

if they no fault found it...tell them they can keep it until they find and fix the problem. if its under warranty they should be providing you will a rental car.
