my heater and a/c bith dont not work...the fans work fine on all intterments, but when set to a/c i get no cold, when set to heat i get...well no hot, it just blows the air straight from outside and thats the air i get in my face and with winter coming up i dont want to freeze what do i need to check, gimme some clues
