I am having problems with my ignition switch - key either won't go in or won't come out occasionally. I read that TSB 02182 covers this, but I have two questions that I hope you fine folks can help me with:

1) Is a TSB like a recall, in that the mfgr fixes the problem at no cost to the consumer?
2) If not, what are some ways I can minimize the cost of replacing the module (and especially the new keys that would have to come with it).

I would like to know this as well. i have key tumbler that is giving me same problem.... replaced 3x.
