Default New to the Focus. Where do I get parts?

Greetings. Just bought my daughter a 2006 Focus SES ZX4 and it's the first time I've wrenched on a Ford.

Coming from the Volvo world, there's a small number of trusted places that exclusively service the Volvo community and wondering if there's a similar situation for the Focus, or if any place will do as long as I have a part number.

There's a few maintenance things to tackle, including filters & fluids, engine mounts and a few plastic bits that have broken and wondering if anyone can suggest the best place to get parts. I usually spend a little more for an upgraded part when available, but nothing that would support street racing or anything. Except for brakes - those, I gladly drop some coin for my baby to stop quicker!

Thanks in advance.

I am cheap . I shop Rockauto.com and compare to the local auto parts stores .

You can also check Amazon and EBay .

I think you will find Ford parts to be plentiful , compared to Volvo .

Look at the pricing for the " same " parts , then decide where in the spread you wish to purchase .

God bless
Wyr
