Hi experts

I have some problems with my car for which I hope someone can give me some pointers on how I can fix them:

1. Passenger electric window does not work. I heard a 'thump' one day when trying to use it. Not worked since. Is this something I can solve? I'm a beginner with cars and do not know my way around

2. Both front and rear cigarette lighters are not working. I checked fuse but nothing seems to fix it

3. Windscreen wipers do not park correctly and act strangely (e.g., stop half way up the screen). I believe this is to do with a relay switch? Where can I get this?
