Default 2006 Ford E-150 Runs rough

This van has a slight misfire with no codes

What has been done so far...
-Vacuum checked
-Changed coil pack spark plugs and wires
-Leak down check on cylinders
-EGR valve has been replaced

Strange when running at idle slight misfire and fuel pressure shows 5 lbs fluctuation that coincides with the misfire.

Fuel pressure is 30 to 40

Power checked in gear at all speeds and still no codes.

How long have you had this condition? When was fuel filter changed? Possibly some water in the fuel? Check out of crank sensor? Have you been able to determine if misfire is in one particular cyl or varies?

For months

Fuel filter was changed

No water in the fuel.

Misfire is very subtle and varies.

Have you tried to either pinch off the vacuum to the EGR valve or remove and plug that hose and see if you get any improvement.
