2010 F150 Supercab Rear End Whine

2010 F150 Supercab Rear End Whine
I'm hearing a whine out of my F150, 130,000 miles. Sounds like it's coming out of the rear end. Only occurs when my foot is on the gas pedal holding speed, or lightly accelerating not when slowing down. Any ideas?
