I have a 2022 bronco sport outer banks and my back hatch does not open by the fob anymore. I can hear it clicking inside somewhere when i push the fob, but nothing happens. It does not close the hatch either once opened manually. Is there a quick way to fix this -i live 2 hrs from the nearest dealership ( i also noticed that when i push the fob button, there is a two second delay and then the fob flashesred light twice, but then still nothing happens with the hatch)
any help you can give would be greatly appreciated
