Exclamation 352 Oil Breather problems !! HELP

I have a 1965 Ford F100 with 352 engine. Oil is blowing out of breather on drivers side. I have looked at returns and ran kerosene in engine. What is causing oil out of breather? Should I put another breather in passenger side? Is this an internal issue such as rings?

That's usually caused from too much compression in the oil pan.

The piston rings are probably worn.
