4x4 guys, your thoughts
I an new here to the forum, doing a frame off restore on my auto. 2wd 79 f150. it time to get the front suspension under it. I am wanting to install a straight front axle instead of the 2wd suspension.. then as I go, convert it to 4wd. I know I need a Dana 44, any other details to look for. also which transfer case is the best for my application...would it be difficult to get 3/4 ton axles under it also? thanks for you advise in advance.
