Finally getting around to rebuilding my 67 F100, looking for some insight with respect to IFS vs rebuilding the factory front suspension. Not looking to build a hot rod, this is a build I hope to give to my wife. What improvements are available to improve factory FS? Do I need to invest in a new IFS? My expectations/desires are for smooth, responsive ride and drive.
