Hello,
I have to make a decision tomorrow on a 2007 F150 Econoline Cargo Van. It has 85K miles on it and appears to be in good condition. interesting fact though. It is a 3/4 ton..... The seller said there are a few out there and believes it was labeled 150 for insurance purposes.
Can someone please tell me if this is a reliable vehicle, If 85K miles are too many, what the actual mpg is and should I expect any problems?
I have a Chevy van that needs replacing so I am switching to Ford. I am annoyed at GM for all of the recalls. This is a big change for me but I am too much of a liberty minded person to own a vehicle by Government Motors.

I have a '85 Econoline and I thought it was low mileage with 120,000. If this van has been taken care of, it should last a long time.

 

It sounds like a great van that you have there. Are you having trouble finding parts for it?
I've got 250,000 on my Chevy G-20 and it's leaking everywhere.

Part store parts are junk anymore. I put 3 fuel pumps on my van before I got a good one and 2 window motors.
