I have had a Lumia 735 phone since I bought my 2015 Flex. It has always worked fine with Sync Ford Touch. Recently I was forced by Verizon or Microsoft to update my phone with Windows 10. It now doesn't work with my car. It never tells me I have a text, it doesn't tell me do I want to listen to it, or do I want to reply to it. Also it isn't giving me caller ID, which it use to do.

Is anyone else having this problem? How do we fix this or are we screwed due to this being a window's 10 issue?

Windows 10 can have a lot of problems with communication between different devices. It means that the drivers are old. I recommend you to download a driver update software. It will help you a lot. New drivers will make your windows 10 device faster. It is easy to use and really intuitive. It updates automatically all drivers. Old drivers are really bad and make your device a lot more slower than it should be.
