i have a ford e350 super duty haven't run it in awhile i notice emergency flasher and blinkers are not working everyone says check the flasher blinker relay can't locate it its 2005 some say located left side under dash others says left side of radio need help of actual location, mahalo

 

Just below the fuse box, brackets need to be removed for access.

i have removed brackets have full view of fuses do not see relay i appreciate the help must locate flasher to see why blinkers and flasher doesn't. work
also 39 fuse is blown replace it no results
