My mother has a 92 crown vic, when the headlights have been on for about 15 minutes they will start to flicker/flash on and off. Ocassionally there is the smell of burning plastic, radio light starts to flicker also when this happens. Is there anyone out there who has had this problem. I was thinking it was the light switch until I heard about the radio.
