Default Hello and what is it?

Hey, new to the forum but not to Fords. I'm a quality inspector at a plant that produces seats for Ford trucks. I currently own a 2012 Focus and a 1966 Town Landau Thunderbird. Here's my question: I found a hydraulic recovery tank I want to use for another purpose. It came with this gauge:

What is it? If just some random equipment for tech use, I'm gonna use it. If off an antique car I will opt to use something else, don't want to destroy an original part.

Thanks for any info in advance.
