When you first turn the key on before turning it to the start position you should hear the fuel pump run for approx 2 seconds. Do you hear that? Also, good idea to check the inertia switch and then all the fuses. Inertia switch info is in owner's manual.

I will check the switch

I have checked all fuses I'm thinking it's a bad pump I have to pull the gas tank to get it out and replace it again

Because of all the work involved in replacing a fuel pump, before taking on that job again, why not make sure the pump is defective before pulling it apart.
It is entirely possible the pump could be defective, but a good move would be to confirm power is getting to the pump and it has a good ground connection. It is a little bit of work , but not as much as pulling the tank down, especially if you wind up replacing a good pump.
