Mustang 2003 convertable top
Convertible top will move it down but not back up. I have filled motor reservoir with fluid and I have replaced the switch and also two relays under hood. Still will not go up. I can apply external (battery) 12 volts directly to the motor and it will go up. Frustrated. I know it is something simple. Please help. Thanks
