I have a 2020 xl f350 dully and would like to upgrade all power tow mirrors and switch is that possible just by adding mirrors and switches?

Looked into this before for an 18 F250.
It would be possible, but very expensive with parts, programming etc. Too bad Ford doesn't offer an upgrade kit with everything involved. But parts, modules, harness', switches, panels all would have to sourced individually. If you were able to source from a donor, may be an option, but you still wouldn't escape programming costs if you could find a tech/dealer to complete the swap.

I added factory NAV to my non NAV 2017 and had considered an APIM module from Ford ($$ 1000.00?) but the purchasing dealer would not reprogram the new APIM other than the level the truck currently had. I ended buying a 'take out' APIM that already had the latest maps and version installed (300.00ish ) and loaded my own 'As Built data' per my VIN into it. Worked fine.

If i remember correctly, a guesstimate on top step mirror conversion was 3-4k (Ford parts) I think the option package that includes the mirrors when new was 1000.00ish.
