Default Selling My '85 F250 - Need Advice On Asking Price

Hey everyone, I'm moving out of state for the winter and would like to sell my 85' F250 prior to doing so instead of placing it in storage, and would appreciate some advice on what I should ask for it since I'm having a hard time making a determination based on available comps. There is a 73 f250 on the market for 18.5k with 2k miles on its rebuilt engine, but otherwise late model f250s with anywhere from 120 - 200k Mike's seem to be going anywhere from 1500 to 6k.

The good:

- Longblock crate engine that I installed in 2021 that can't have more than 3k miles on it.
- New Holley 4160 carbeurator that I installed at the same time as the engine.
- New water pump + radiator
- New battery, cables, starter, solenoid, alternator
- New distributor
- Interior in good shape
- Nice stereo and speakers
- Trailer brake controller
- Desmogged - improved fuel economy
- Camper shell
- 3/4 tires in good shape - see note on tire below

The bad:
- Oil leak: valve covers are leaking oil, presumably from dimpling the screws by putting the factory torque spec on the bolts when installing the aftermarket çovers. Tried installing a new gasket to no avail, so covers and gaskets will need to be replaced
- Coolant leak at the water neck. Tried replacing neck and gaskets to no avail. Rtv around the perimeter of the neck holds it fairly well, but is a temporary fix
- Window and door weatherstripping is bad and needs to be replaced. Have the kit thatbi will include
- Interior driver's side door handle came off. The bolt holding it in place came loose, fell off, and dissapeared. I have the handle and just need to find a bolt
-Cracked windshield
-Despite the starter solenoid being relatively new, the I terminal went bad which makes the fuel pump run continuously. Wired up a bypass switch with components I had lying around but have yet to replace the soilenoid. Will hopefully be one of the other last minute fixes I perform prior to listing it.
- Can be a hard cold starter. Suspect it may have to do with a defective factory choke component on the carb
- Tailgate handle is broken and needs to be replaced
- Hydraulic arms on camper shell don't work and need to be replaced
- Front passenger's tire is fairly bald on one side. The rim got bent which caused the uneven wear. The rim was replaced but the tire was not. No spare tire
- Interior hood release latch is broken. Hood is open by pulling a cable coming out of the front grille (see photo)
- Interior headliner is sagging
- Some exterior rust As far as the tranny and chasis goes, the odometer is at 73k and I suspect that it'd only rolled over once based on the condition of the tranny that shifts smoothly without any slipping. I've flushed the ATF and replaced the filter.
