Default VTC solenoid issues

Hey folks,. So i have an 06 f150 with the 5.4 3v. I recently had the entire timing system replaced. I installed new solenoids and sensors as well. But it's still throwing a code for the bank 2 solenoid. When the code is cleared the truck runs perfect. Then it pops back up and starts shuttering and running bad. With everything replaced, the only thing i can figure it'd be is the wiring for the solenoid but I wanted to get other opinions. I read that you can unplug the solenoids and it'll bypass them, but I'd get poor fuel economy. But idk if I need to unplug both or just the one. Please help, i don't know what else it could be.

How many miles would you have to drive with poor fuel economy to compare to having it corrected?
