Hello all....

I have found a really nice used car and want to determine how much should I pay for it??

It is a 1993, blue crown Victoria LX model that has only 5,000 miles on it...

It appears to have been owned by an eccentric old man who only did weekend errands on it since new.
Always garaged kept , Showroom condition, in an out.
interior no evidence of any use.
engine completely clean, all plastic and rubber looks showroom
underneath - no rust, all painted surfaces shiny black (as new)

MY PROBLEM????

What is a car that age worth? The owners nephew who is selling it is asking..... $13,000 for it.

PLEASE HELP WITH IDEAS!!!???
