Default 2006 freestar
My 2006 freestar starts hard,when started idles great,when driving hesatates and wants to die out let off gas then ok.

trouble light on? If yes, check for codes and post them.

may be a fuel supply problem...if your getting fuel trim lean codes, i would test the fuel pressure.

No lights on,no codes.Thats why I think filter?Now to find it,and change.
