The buttons just inside the doors for these are no longer working, but the console buttons and the fob buttons work.

Any ideas?

Haven't played with these, but I would clean all of the door contacts on both sides of the door pillar and door contacts, then put a light coat of dielectrical grease on the contacts. This may resolve your issues. I had this issue a couple of years ago with the left hand side button, and that is what resolved my issue. Like you, all other buttons and key FOB worked. I now clean and grease every year before and after winter time.
