Just pulled the code P0401 and found it's an insufficient EGR flow. Anybody had this problem? i cleared the code but it returned 2 days later. Checked all hoses/conections...they are ok. This code used to be associated with the DPFE sensor on older Fordstars,but on my van the DPFE and ERG are one unit. Sould I just replace the EGR module...it costs about $300..ouch? Any help would be appreciated.

 

Replaced EGR module and reset Warning Light.....apparently this fixed it because light has stayed off for a coupla hundred miles
