Factory Trailer Tow Wiring
I am troubleshooting as to why the brake and turn signal lights don't work on my 2004 Freestar SEL.
The factory harness where the spare tire/bumper is is only getting a Ground and Tail. The Turns/Brakes are not getting 12V.
When I started tracing the factory harness I kind of got lost. Looks like it goes up to the Mid-Passenger area somewhere and then maybe back across the middle up to the drivers front? It specifically says not to tie into the light harnesses so I wanted to use the factory one.
Has anyone delt with this or have a diagram showing the wiring for it?
