Can any one tell me if the egr can be cleaned on a 3.9L i hear that you can remove the egr and use a spray cleaner on it to clean it,so does anybody know thanks.............................

 

Why would you want to or need to do this?? Egr's don't kack for a long time, and the pressure differential sensor on it will give a code when it's gone. There's nothing you can do to prevent that, it's a cheap capacitor.

 

I did replace it cleaning did no good,you are right replacing the part is the best way to go,thanks for the info...........
