Whenever I put gas in my 2004 Freestar, it spits gas on me, the handle and the ground. It doesn't matter how much is in the tank, it doesn't matter what gas station. The pump shuts off and the gas spews out of the overflow holes. Where should I start to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

 

I heard this story before. Something may be jammed in the hose, or there is a kink in the hose leading to the fuel tank. One of my friend found a rag jammed in the hose.
