2005 Freestar Limited wouldn't start this morning. Jumped it and took it tohave battery tested and it was gone. Replaced it but now the power doors and power liftgate don't work from the keyfob or the overhead console. Work fine from the door switches or handles. Keep reading about a Gem module, could this be the problem and can anyone diagnose besides Ford dealer. Justgot done having transmission completely overhauled.

The problem has been solved. I took it to my local Ford dealer. He reset the GEM module and charged me $88. There's a TSB or something on it.
