I have a 2005 Freestar the rear wiper is not working. The fuse is good when I turn on the wiper I can hear a click every few seconds. I put in a different wiper motor and it is doing the same thing. Also the window wash is not working.

 

its most likely the switch on the turn signal we had several of these go bad and did the same thing....
